Scope of Services

DistroForge LLC ("DistroForge," "we," "us," or "our") provides procurement intelligence reports and market analysis for the electrical distribution industry. Our services include Market Snapshots, Intelligence Reports, and related advisory work. Reports are delivered as PDF documents via email to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Payment Terms

All purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. Pricing is as listed on our Services page at the time of purchase. Payment is required before work begins. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a delivered report, you may request a revision or a full refund within 14 calendar days of report delivery. To request a revision or refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Delivery Timelines

• Market Snapshots: Delivered within 5 business days of scope confirmation.
• Intelligence Reports: Delivered within 10 business days of scope confirmation.

Delivery timelines begin after we confirm the scope of your request via email, not at the time of payment. If we anticipate a delay beyond the stated timeline, we will notify you by email with a revised delivery date.

Intellectual Property

Reports delivered to clients are for the purchasing organization's internal use only. You may share report contents within your organization as needed for business decisions. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of report content is prohibited without prior written permission from DistroForge. All report templates, methodologies, and analytical frameworks remain the intellectual property of DistroForge LLC.

Report content is based on publicly available data, industry sources, and market research conducted at the time of preparation. Market conditions change, and we do not guarantee that any data point or recommendation will remain accurate after the date of delivery. Limitation of Liability

DistroForge's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of the cause of action.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share client identities, purchasing data, or report contents with third parties. We do not use intelligence gathered for one client in deliverables prepared for another. Our confidentiality obligations survive the completion of any engagement.

DistroForge reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of the State of Ohio. DistroForge LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Ohio.
